Ingredients
1/4 cup smooth, natural peanut butter4 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
4 Tablespoons chocolate or vanilla protein powder (whey or vegan)
Topping
1/4 cup chocolate, melted
1/8 cup coconut shavings
(Makes 8 - 10 balls)
Directions
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together peanut butter and honeyAdd cocoa powder and protein powder.
Scoop about a tablespoon amount and roll the dough into a ball.
Place the protein balls on a serving plate.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with a light sprinkle of coconut.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
