RASPBERRY CHIA JAM
Imagine sitting on a tropical patio or porch and enjoying this lovely Raspberry Chia jam with crusty bread and almond butter. Add some scrambled eggs to round everything out. Don't fret - the recipe is deceptively simple and calls for only a bit of raw honey for sweetener. I tried this with blueberries since I didn't have any raspberries.
